Sensors for Direct Mounting
Are you looking for a stable and robust, open-construction position feedback
solution that enables the sensor and actuator to be directly mounted?
The F31 and F31K series are ideally suited for direct mounting to drives
without the need for additional mounting materials. Using just two targets,
you can determine the position of all standard drives regardless of their size
and make.
Versions without valve connections and versions with one or two valve
connections are also available. The valve can be controlled directly via the
sensor connection simplifying the mounting effort and reducing cabling
costs.
Pepperl+Fuchs also offers an attractive open solution –the F25 sensor
series– for position feedback of manually operated ball valves and flaps.
Features:
Safe - the dimensions of the sensor and the distances between sensors
and actuators are selected to prevent risk of injury during operation
(certified by TÜV)
Variable - the sensors are suitable for all standard drives regardless of
size and make
Fixed – the adjustment is retained thanks to mounting holes in the
sensor housing for easy sensor replacement
Universal – both left- and right-rotating drives can be read
Clear – the assignment of the actuator to the hole pattern for the drive is
clear and the drive position is clearly visible
Versatile – you can choose between a cable connection, plug
connection (V1, V16, or V18), and terminals
Transparent – the switching states, supply voltage, and valve control can
be displayed clearly using LEDs
